DIRECTIONS

WE'LL WORK WITH YOUR DOCTOR

Before undertaking any physical activity, it's a good idea to schedule an appointment with your doctor to get a complete medical checkup.
Tell your doctor what you're planning to do, and discuss any medical or health-related concerns you might have.

Everybody's got questions. Here's a few answers to those most commonly asked. If you've got a question that's not covered here, E-MAIL US and we'll try to answer as quickly as possible.

What kind of results will I get?

You will be able to get your body moving once again. You'll loose fat, gain muscle, be more toned and have fun doing it. With the right nutrition instruction you will be amazed at how much better you look and feel.

What should I bring to my workouts?

First, a SMILE :). Then comfortable workout clothes, and a good pair of running shoes.

How much weight will I lose?

The biggest question of them all! It all depends on you. Are you eating healthy and never skipping your workouts? Then the answer is yes. Or are you drinking a six pack of PBR, eating a combination pizza, and only working out one day a week? You know the answer!

What if I don't show up?

Aside from missing out on a great workout, you'll be charged for that session. Just let us know if you cannot make your appointment or need to reschedule.

Can I drink alcohol while trying to lose weight?

Of all the liquids you can drink, alcohol is the highest in calories (seven calories per gram). So if you don't want to gain weight you shouldn't drink much alcohol. An occasional drink or two can relieve stress and induce relaxation, but if you want to lose weight then skip the booze.

Can stress make you gain weight?

Most of us eat when we are stressed so yes, you can gain weight. The best solution is to figure out what is really bothering you and deal with it or find a solution so that it is no longer an issue.
